Balance as at 24 July : $1151.12   Income : $3106.90 Expenses : $549.47 Balance as per Bank Statement : $3708.55   With some monies still to come in.   Treasurers Report documented
GENERAL BUSINESS :
Social evening with WBHS forum group – very successful.   Will schedule future events   Silent auction items outstanding from our Style Doctors Evening – to be available at Jubilee event. Barbara to provide list to Michelle Visitors Blog – showing 4000 hits   STYLE DOCTORS EVENING Very successful evening – well attended and supported by sponsors. Would do again but different format. Thank you to all who donated, and who assisted with the event.   JUBILEE Registration sitting at 375 – Gala dinner at Spencer on Byron Tickets selling at $125.00, and promising a wonderful evening of celebration. Guest artist Auctions Opening ceremony at 12.00noon Saturday Evening – Gala Dinner Formal Assembly – 10.30 Sunday   Memorabilia available includes : Floating swan, umbrellas, Westlake Bear, wine, Silver bead     END OF YEAR Morning tea for teachers – catering for approx 180 saff Currently scheduled for 9 November : 1105 - 1120   Prize Giving : 7 November   Next meeting to be confirmed : Tuesday 23 October 2012
